What we collect
If you complete the contact form on our website, we collect your name, your email address, the project type you select, and the content of your message.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this form.
Our hosting provider also automatically records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs, as happens with almost all websites. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it
We use the information you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to carry out any follow-up correspondence about it.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Specifically, our interest in responding to business enquiries directed at us. Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with us, we may also rely on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted, unless we need to keep it longer because you have become a client, or because we are legally required to.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not set any non-essential cookies or similar storage. Because of this, we do not display a cookie consent banner.

Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us to:

- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information
- restrict how we use it
- object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests
